Kate Leader, is a multi-talented artist and a Licensed Professional Counselor who has three graduate degrees: Master of Performing Arts in Directing; Master of Education in Counseling; and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology, as well as graduate studies in art therapy. In addition, she has 20 years experience as a theatre director, actor and set designer. Her in-depth residencies focus on the expressive arts, where participants combine stories, visual art and the dramatic arts while they learn how to create plots, invent original characters and construct related sets. Kate’s emphasis is on the social and psychological needs of participants addressed through their creative arts experience.
