Welcome to the Oklahoma Arts Council Grant System

New to our Grant System?

New applicant organizations and organizations that have not applied for Oklahoma Arts Council funding within the past three years must register through the Oklahoma Arts Council grant portal (powered by Fluxx). This allows us to determine whether your organization is eligible to apply for our funding.

If your organization has a login but you are unable to locate it, please contact our Grants and Finance Assistant at (405) 521-2040 or grants@arts.ok.gov

Redetermining Eligibility

Organizations that have not applied for Oklahoma Arts Council funding within the past three years must register through the Oklahoma Arts Council grant portal (powered by Fluxx) in order for us verify that your organization remains eligible to apply for funding.

The Grant Process

  1. Eligibility Determination

New applicant organizations and organizations that have not applied for Oklahoma Arts Council funding within the past three years must register through the Oklahoma Arts Council grant portal (powered by Fluxx). This allows us to determine whether your organization is eligible to apply for our funding. Our Grants Department will review your information and notify your Grant Contact regarding your organization's eligibility.

  2. Application Submission

If your organization is determined to be eligible to apply, your Grant Contact will be given instructions for logging in and completing an Oklahoma Arts Council grant application. Be sure to pay attention to deadlines for applications and support materials. Please review our Arts in Schools and Arts in Communities pages to find out what types of programs we can support. (Small Grant Support applications and support materials must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the start of the program).

  3. Application Review

Applications are reviewed by a panel to determine whether grant funding is awarded. Small Grant Support is reviewed monthly. Following the panel review, your Grant Contact will receive notification about the panel's determination of funding.

  4. Contract Acceptance

If awarded a grant, your Authorizing Official must log in to our grant system using his/her login and password and accept the grant contract electronically.

  5. Final Report Submission

After your program, your Grant Contact must log in to our grant system to complete a final report. Final reports are due no later than 30 days following the completion of your program. Final funding amount is determined by your final report budget – not to exceed the original awarded amount. After your final report is approved, you can expect to receive payment within two to six weeks.
