This exhibition explores a dynamic blend of natural and artistic composite photography that highlights Oklahoma’s broad-ranging landscapes. Jake Durham, from Konawa, is a commercial photographer, composite artist, and journalist whose work captures scenes across the state, from urban skylines to rural panoramas.

Included in the exhibition are photographs that illustrate the energetic vibrancy of cityscapes, the serene expanse of the countryside, and the boundless quality of prairies, each piece reflecting the unique spirit of the state. In his “Abandoned Oklahoma” series, Durham sheds light on forgotten structures and spaces, revealing the poignant stories they hold. These images are not merely remnants of the past but powerful reminders of the state’s evolving identity. Much of his work includes images dedicated to the cowboy, an enduring symbol of Oklahoma’s rugged spirit and perseverance.
